Do you work by ratio or by eye?

Some people stick closely to measured herb-to-solvent ratios and specific proof percentages. Others adjust more intuitively based on the plant, moisture level, or intended use.

I’m curious how others approach it. Do you measure precisely every time? Or has experience shifted you toward an "eyeball it" method?

I like my stuff to have predictable strength so I use ratios and keep a log.
